If you’re able to add an extra item to your weekly shop, that would be much appreciated. Pantry donations may be left in the marked box in the church foyer.

Come along to Trinity College’s commencement evening on Monday 26 February to hear Dr Justine Toh speak about why apologetics is a little (or maybe a lot) like falling in love. Justine will argue that it’s entirely reasonable for Christians to have rational reasons for why they believe what they believe, but that the insistence on making a rational case for faith obscures the equally (if not more) powerful role of the affections in shaping belief. Her talk may appeal to younger Christians trying to figure out why they believe, people who would like to develop their own approach to sharing their faith, and those people who can never leave alone the question of whether it remains reasonable to believe.

How do you organise a space party?
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
