Kabir Singh was connected with TUC through Power to Change and has been worshipping with us since 2019. We’re so excited that Kabir has decided to be baptised! Join us online this Sunday for worship and to celebrate Kabir’s baptism. We’re also pleased to have Rev Glen Schweitzer, our Bremer Brisbane Presbytery Minister, join us again this Sunday to bring us the message.

As Hamish so eloquently reminded us in the call to worship last Sunday, worship brings God joy, but it is also a way that God blesses us.
It draws our focus onto Him when we might be distracted by a multitude of other things.
It humbles us when we’re inclined to feel complacent.
It grows faith when we’re discouraged.
Worship is a rich gift from God.
How amazing that we can praise Him and experience Him through worship!
“I will exalt you, my God the King;
I will praise your name for ever and ever.
Every day I will praise you
and extol your name for ever and ever.”
Pantry Offerings
Thank you all very much for your continued donations to the LoveToowong fund. This fund has been able to support a number of individuals and families in an ongoing way since the start of the pandemic. Another way that TUC supports the community is by offering a free pantry. This is located in the church house and anyone is most welcome to pop in and pick up a few items. We’re currently running a little low on a few pantry items, so if you’re looking for an easy way to offer support, perhaps you’d like to pick up an extra item when you do your shopping? This is what we’re needing at the moment:
tinned fruit
tinned tomatoes
long life milk
pasta
rice
Please feel free to drop these under the church house at any time, and send us an email letting us know the items are there. We’ll make sure they are placed on the pantry shelves. Thank you!
